Britain's Favourite View goes to France

A recent vistor to one of my Keswick Exhibitions, Mr David Killick, purchased a canvas print of Wasdale Head. He took it to France as a present for his hosts on the occasion of the formal Twinning Charter signing between the Western Valleys of Cumbria and St. Martin d'Auxigny, near Bourges. The picture is now on display in the Mairie (the Town Hall). Attached is a photo of him handing over the picture to Genevieve Malherbe, President of their Twinning Committee.
